A return received after 45 days (but within 90 days) qualifies for a merchandise credit or exchange only (excludes Customization and Window Treatments). See Return Policy for details.

Redeem a Merchandise Credit

Merchandise credits are numbered and can be redeemed online, over the phone and in stores.

Merchandise Credit Balance

Check the remaining balance on your merchandise credit.

Lost or Stolen Merchandise Credit

We cannot replace a lost or stolen merchandise credit unless you have an original receipt, the packing slip or shipment confirmation email. We will issue a replacement card for the remaining balance only. Report lost or stolen cards by contacting our call center toll-free at 1-877-537-8539.
