We offer several products where you can add your own personal touch. Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations will not be permitted. We are not liable for any misspellings or incorrect characters entered by the customer for personalized items. These items also are non-returnable; however, in the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily provide a replacement at our expense.
