In-Home Delivery

In-Home Delivery is denoted by the symbol.

Select large and heavy items are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service. Your merchandise is typically delivered within 2 weeks of the shipment date. Express shipping is not available for In-Home deliveries. Items denoted as In-Home Delivery and items above FedEx® size limitations cannot be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. When the shipment arrives at a delivery agent in your local area, the agent will call you to schedule a specific day and 4-hour timeframe for your delivery. When delivered, items will be unpacked, placed per your specifications (up to one flight of stairs) and any packaging materials removed. Assembly is not provided. Additional freight charges may apply for special deliveries such as multiple floor placement or difficult to access areas. Please notify the carrier when setting the delivery appointment of any special delivery requirements.

You will be required to accept and sign for the shipment. Please carefully inspect the item(s). If your order appears damaged in any way, describe the damages on the delivery receipt. You are responsible for notifying Home Decorators Collection of any damages within 10 days of delivery.
